n The Integrated Network Cancer Program is committed to
nursing excellence and has supported advancement of nursing
knowledge and skills through certification. Eligible nursing
staff had the opportunity to take the oncology certification

for registered nurses. In 2019, the oncology-certified nursing
rate for the cancer program was 26 percent and Miami Cancer
Institute rate was 30 percent.
